  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

Current Read:

scent of salt and sand - Kristin Cast and P.C. CastThe Scent of Salt and Sea – Kristin Cast and P.C. Cast

I have long been wanting to read this novella. It’s been on my TBR list forever, but when I set out to read it, I learned that I didn’t even own the book. Whoops! But Christmas just passed and I got a gift card to Barnes and Noble! Now I can finally start reading this book!

Recently Finished:

That Night Cecily WolfeThat Night – Cecily Wolfe

This is a hard-hitting book that looks into the after effects of losing someone to an overdose. How friends, families, partners, all react and feel during the period after the death of their loved one. It was emotional, but slow read. Check out my review of this book this Friday!

Up Next:

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone J.K. RowlingHarry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone – J.K Rowling

I keep saying this one will be next and it is! Promise! I got so many great books for Christmas, but I am going to wait to read those just to read this one. I’ll be bringing in the new year with some Harry Potter! The perfect way to start 2018!

What have you read this week? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. I might be the only one on this planet that hasn’t read Harry Potter. I enjoyed the movies, though, but I think reading the books would be perfect. Thanks for sharing this. I hope you enjoy the ones you’re currently reading and planning on reading. Have a wonderful week. 😁❤️

    1. This will be the first time I’m reading Harry Potter actually. I’ve owned the books forever so it’s time for me to read them.

  2. I absolutely love Kristin Cast’s writing! You’re going to love the novella, even though it isn’t tied directly to the events of the main books c:

    1. Kristin Cast’s writing is great and I love the world the series is set in so it’s great that we get an inside look into it.

What do you think?
