Pinterest Writing Boards – Be Inspired!

33 Comments on Pinterest Writing Boards – Be Inspired!

As all writers know, Pinterest is the gold mine for any topic. You can create aesthetics for your book, find a list of adjectives, writing prompts, and so much more. All by filling in the search bar on Pinterest.

Pinterest is one of the best search engines out there. Now, I don’t consider Pinterest a social media channel because your information can be found no matter the number of followers you have. Personally, I reach thousands of people on Pinterest a week and I have less than 30 followers at the time of writing this.

So I’ve done my fair bit of research while looking for information for my own writing projects, which you can find in the writing tab at the top of the page. Stumbling across these awesome boards dedicated to writing. Here is my list of Pinterest writing boards that you should check out.

  1. Great post Jenn!! Thanks for sharing these boards. I just started the Pinterest game and I’ve been looking for some writing boards to follow. It’s so hard to narrow down all the different choices.

    1. Thanks! Pinterest is a great place with so many amazing resourcs. Taking the time to find them is so much more rewarding then scrolling through your feed hoping to find the perfect pin.

    1. Pinterest is very addicting so it may be a good thing not to scroll through the feed 😂 I definitely suggest looking for boards related to what you’re looking for so you don’t get too distracted.

  2. This is such a helpful post! I’m trying to be more active on my pinterest and this is the perfect thing especially with Camp nano approaching 😀

  3. I need all the help I can get. I impulsively joined NaNoWriMO and now I am freaking out. I just don’t write. .lol.I don’t usually use Pinterest but it looks useful and I had trouble stepping away one I started lol

  4. Pinterest is the internet version of Target! I get sucked in and never actually find what I was originally looking for.

    1. Pinterest is a troublemaker for me too, but having specific boards that are focused on what I need is definitely more helpful then scrolling through the feed. 😊

    1. Thanks! Sometimes having one location of inspiration is less time consuming which is why I created this list. It’s so easy to get caught up in the Pinterest feed that we’re taking away from our own writing. Now it’s just a bit easier! 🙂
