The New Year may have come and gone already, but it’s never too late to do a New Year’s post. I was tagged by Priyasha at Books and Co.! You can check out her post by clicking on the link! I recommend checking her blog out!

There are so many goals that I have this year, and getting through many of the books I already own is definitely one of them. Through the tag, you’ll be able to see some of what I want to accomplish this year when it comes to books and reading!

New Year Book Tag

How many books are planning to read in 2018?

This year I’m planning on reading 75 books. That may seem like a lot, but I think I can get to that number!

Name five books you didn’t get to read in 2017 but want to make a priority in 2018?

Hunting Prince Dracula, Six of Crows, and plenty of other books that have been sitting on my shelves.

Name a genre you want to read more of.

I would love to read more historical fiction this year. I didn’t read too much last year and I want to read more, but maybe within different historical eras because I usually read WWII.

What’s a book you’ve had forever that you still need to read?

There are so many on my shelf, but Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys has been on my shelf FOREVER. I definitely need to get to that one soon!

One word you’re hoping 2018 will be.

Inspirational.

    1. I’m definitely going to try to get to Six of Crows as soon as possible. I’m going to wait on Hubting Prince Dracula closer to the release of book 3 so it’s fresh in my mind. 😊
Have a great day as well! 😄

    1. I’ll keep that in mind! I usually only read WWII or books set in the US, but would love to learn more about other places. What’s a good book to start with if I were to start reading about Russia?

    1. Between Shades of Grey is amazing!! It has all of the feels and is just SO good! I’ll eventually get to Out of the Easy. I mean its been on my shelf for years…😂
