As a special pre-Christmas treat, I am posting 2 tags today! Once you’re done reading this you can hope on over to see my Bookish Naughty List tag post here!

I found this tag from Lacy at A Ravenclaw Library (definitely go check out her blog!) and thought it would be something interesting to post about.

So here goes nothing, The Book Blogger Insider Tag:

Where do you typically write your blog posts?

I usually write my blog posts in my room, wrapped up in blankets. But on the rare occasion, when I have a free second at work, I will write there.

How long does it generally take you to write a book review?

It usually takes me two sittings to write a book review. So I would say an hour. If the book is really good, it takes less.

When did you start your book blog?

I started book blogging July of this year.

What is the worst thing about having a book blog in your opinion?

Feeling like I don’t have enough time to read a book. Even though I schedule books out so far in advance that this isn’t usually a problem. Just looking at it on a calendar makes it seem so close.

What is the best thing about having a book blog in your opinion?

Being able to read! Okay, so this one is a given, but who doesn’t love to read books?! I spent most of my college years reading textbooks (BORING!) Now that it’s over, I have time to read again and it is amazing!

What blog post have you had the most fun writing so far?

I had a lot of fun writing The Final Stretch: Week Three on my Camp NaNoWriMo journey this past July. I think I may have been going crazy at the time. Not only was I trying to tackle Camp NaNo for the first time, but I just started my blog too. I was totally sleep deprived when I wrote that post, but I loved writing it!

What is your favorite type of blog post to write?

I love writing about my NaNoWriMo experiences. It is great to be able to share my writing experiences with everyone and to get support from my followers.

When do you typically write?

Either mid-morning or at night. I don’t write well in the afternoon.

Do you review every book you read?

So far I have. I feel like authors would want opinions of their book out there, so I take the time to write a review. Now maybe that won’t be true forever, but it is for now.

How do you write your book reviews? With a cup of coffee or tea? With netflix? Cuddled with your fur baby?

I love to write with my furbabies! However, my guinea pigs and cat, don’t like to cuddle 😔 (they are still young though).

When do you write your book reviews? Right after finishing the book? Two weeks after finishing the book?

I write my reviews right after I finish the book because I’m still carrying it with me. But I don’t post my reviews right away, so I have time to think about the book.

How often do you post?

I post on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!

I Tag!

Because I wasn’t officially tagged for the post anyway, I tag anyone that wants to do this tag!

Thanks for reading and getting the inside scoop on my blogging habits!

Have any other questions for me? Leave them down in the comments! Also, what do you think about the new graphic?

  1. NaNoWriMo posts are oodles of fun to write! I think it’s because it’s such a relief to talk about all the hard work we are doing… and definitely to VENT. 🙂

Such a fun tag – I love it.

What do you think?
